Proper preparation leads to a much smoother and enjoyable process for all everyone involved. It is extremely important to feel comfortable with your new mortgage payments, which is why it’s so important to discuss your goals early and often throughout the mortgage process.
Also, please don’t be afraid to ask questions! It’s my job to get you to the finish line (and I will!), but it’s also my job to educate my clients on the process and make sure they understand what they’re doing and how things work.
