Roderick J.-P. Swan, a dynamic senior manager with over 15 years of successful managerial experience, is dedicated to leading and overcoming challenges within any organization. Notable achievements include identifying suitable target banks and spearheading the launch of a mortgage department from scratch, which funded over $1 billion in loans within the first three years. Additionally, Roderick has a track record of rapidly growing lending platforms, implementing strategic plans resulting in significant asset growth, and restructuring balance sheets to address risk and enhance profitability. With a comprehensive background in various areas including banking, lending, strategic planning, and business development, Roderick brings a wealth of expertise to any team. Holding a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and multiple honors from the National School of Banking, Roderick combines academic excellence with practical experience to drive success.

Lenny is a family man being married for 37 years with three beautiful daughters, one who has joined him in the mortgage business, one who owns her own personal training business and the youngest who has a personal training and activewear clothing business.  He has four amazing grandchildren, who he absolutely adores, and spends as much time with as possible.

Beginning as a dedicated loan officer more than 25 years ago, He’s worked my way through the channels of the mortgage industry, including owning his own brokerage company as well as building a mortgage platform for a bank, with his current partners. 

Bayshore Mortgage Funding, LLC has been his home for the past decade.  Upon purchase, Bayshore had eight employees. Now, Bayshore has grown to over 150 employees currently across the country.  Bayshore offer very competitive rates and every type of mortgage product in the industry.

Tommy, a 25-year industry veteran, has been instrumental in assisting community banks in developing, growing, and expanding their retail mortgage platforms. He graduated from Manhattan College in New York with a major in business and a minor in management. Tommy’s reputation for fostering branch growth and maintaining his integrity is why he is trusted and respected in the industry.

Joshua Perrera, serving as Executive Vice President of Operations in the mortgage industry since 2013, brings a wealth of expertise to his role. With a robust background spanning secondary markets, accounting, operations, and Encompass administration, Joshua is recognized as a seasoned professional in his field. His adeptness in navigating complex challenges and his passion for problem-solving make him a trusted leader in ensuring loans are efficiently processed and closed. Joshua’s commitment to excellence and his drive to streamline processes reflect his dedication to both his profession and the clients he serves.

John is the VP-Manager of the Disclosure and Closing Depts here at Bayshore.  He also provides some admin system support for Loan Originators and Branches.  With over 37 years of experience in most aspects of mortgage operations, John has a wealth of knowledge to answer questions and assist in everyday loan production.  He has been with Bayshore since October 2015 and has worked with the ownership group since 2010.

Ashleigh Woolery joined Bayshore in 2021 as the of Vice President of Administration, bringing with her a rich background in business administration, human resources, accounting, information technology and advanced data analytics. Her multifaceted expertise enables her to navigate the intricate landscape of administrative operations with finesse and efficiency. Ashleigh’s positive leadership, strategic vision and analytical prowess have been instrumental in driving organizational success and optimizing resource allocation.
